WunderLife is a medical aesthetics and longevity clinic in Bad Vilbel, near Frankfurt. Founded by Dr. med. Désirée Grawunder, we combine aesthetic medicine, skin treatments, and internal wellness under one roof — guided by our BAM Framework (Body, Aesthetic, Mind) and the PRIME Protocol.

Most clinics treat individual concerns in isolation. WunderLife takes an integrated approach through our BAM Framework — addressing Body, Aesthetic, and Mind together. Every treatment plan begins with our PRIME Protocol, a diagnostic-first system that profiles your unique needs before recommending any procedures.
Initial consultations and PRIME Profile assessments are conducted in person to ensure thorough diagnostics. Follow-up consultations and progress reviews may be available virtually — ask our team when booking.
PRIME stands for Profile, Repair, Imagine, Maintain, and Enhance. It is our five-phase diagnostic and treatment system that ensures every recommendation is rooted in science and tailored to your unique biology, goals, and lifestyle.
Your PRIME Profile is a comprehensive initial assessment. It includes a detailed health history, skin analysis, lifestyle evaluation, and diagnostic measurements. You’ll leave with a personalized treatment roadmap, recommended protocols, and a clear understanding of your starting point.
The initial PRIME Profile consultation typically takes 60–90 minutes. The full PRIME cycle — from Profile through Enhance — is ongoing and adapts over time. Most clients see meaningful results within the first 3–6 months, with continued optimization thereafter.
Yes. Every new client begins with a PRIME Profile. This ensures we never recommend treatments without understanding your full picture first. It’s how we maintain our commitment to science-guided, personalized care.
WunderLife offers five membership programs: WunderBank (wellness savings from €99/month), WunderSignature (comprehensive annual program from €1,900/month), Skin Membership (medical-grade skin transformation from €575/month), Aesthetic Membership (injectables and contouring from €975/month), and Body Membership (internal optimization and longevity from €575/month).
WunderBank is our wellness savings and credit system. You contribute a monthly amount that accumulates as credit toward any WunderLife treatment or product. It’s the most flexible way to invest in your wellness journey without committing to a specific treatment path.
Yes. Your needs may evolve, and our memberships are designed to grow with you. Speak with our team about transitioning between programs — we’ll help you find the right fit for your current phase.
Membership terms vary by program. WunderBank offers flexible monthly contributions. WunderSignature is structured as an annual program. Skin, Aesthetic, and Body memberships have minimum commitment periods to ensure you see meaningful results. Full terms are discussed during your PRIME Profile consultation.
The Skin Membership focuses on medical-grade skin health — treatments like JetPeel, microneedling, chemical peels, and medical-grade skincare. The Aesthetic Membership covers injectables and contouring procedures such as neuromodulators (Botox), dermal fillers, and PRF/PRP treatments. Many clients combine both for comprehensive results.
All prices shown on this website serve as approximate guidelines. Billing is calculated individually in accordance with the German Medical Fee Schedule (Gebührenordnung für Ärzte — GOÄ) based on the scope and complexity of the treatment provided. A detailed cost estimate is provided during your PRIME Profile consultation before any treatment begins.
WunderLife offers a comprehensive range of treatments including neuromodulators (Botox), dermal fillers, JetPeel infusion therapy, microneedling, chemical peels, PRF/PRP injections, medical-grade skincare, IV therapy, WunderShot injectables, and personalized supplements (WunderRise and WunderReset).
Most treatments involve minimal discomfort. Topical numbing is applied before injectable procedures, and non-invasive treatments like JetPeel are generally pain-free. Dr. Grawunder discusses what to expect during your PRIME Profile so there are no surprises.
Results vary by treatment. Neuromodulators typically last 3–4 months, dermal fillers 6–18 months depending on the area, and skin treatments show cumulative improvement over a series of sessions. Your PRIME Protocol includes a Maintain phase specifically designed to preserve and build on your results.
All treatments are performed by Dr. Grawunder, a licensed physician, using CE-marked devices and approved products. Safety is built into the PRIME Protocol — we never recommend a treatment without first understanding your full health profile, contraindications, and goals.
You can book your initial PRIME Profile consultation through our Contact page or by calling our clinic directly. Once you're an active member, follow-up appointments and treatments are scheduled through our clinic management system.
Yes. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee. We understand plans change — just reach out to our team as early as possible.
Come with a list of any medications or supplements you're currently taking, your skincare routine, and any specific goals or concerns. Wear minimal makeup if possible — this helps with skin analysis. Your PRIME Profile consultation will cover everything else.
