Every filler treatment at WunderLife is guided by 3D facial imaging and Golden Ratio analysis from your PRIME Profile. THE PROCESS
Dr. Grawunder reviews your PRIME Profile data, including 3D facial imaging and Golden Ratio measurements. She identifies areas of volume loss and structural change, then creates a treatment plan that addresses the root causes rather than just surface symptoms. You discuss your goals and review the proposed approach together.
The treatment area is cleansed and mapped with precise injection points. Teosyal® fillers contain integrated lidocaine for comfort during injection. Additional topical numbing is applied upon request. Ice may be used to minimize bruising risk at injection sites.
Dr. Grawunder uses a combination of needle and cannula techniques depending on the treatment area. Common areas include cheeks and midface, jawline and chin, nasolabial folds, marionette lines, lips, and under-eye hollows (tear troughs). Product is placed in small, controlled amounts with continuous assessment of symmetry and proportion.
After placement, Dr. Grawunder gently moulds the filler and evaluates results from multiple angles. Minor adjustments are made as needed. The entire process takes 30-60 minutes depending on the number of areas treated.
You receive specific aftercare instructions including avoiding extreme heat, intense exercise, and alcohol for 24-48 hours. A follow-up appointment is scheduled at 2-4 weeks to assess the settled results and determine if any refinement is needed.

YOUR EXPERIENCE
The treatment takes 30-60 minutes depending on the number of areas being addressed. Teosyal® fillers contain integrated lidocaine, so comfort increases as the treatment progresses. Most patients describe the sensation as mild pressure rather than pain. You are seated upright or semi-reclined throughout.
Swelling is normal and expected, particularly in the lip area. You will see immediate volume improvement, but the final result becomes apparent once swelling resolves. Small injection marks may be visible for a few hours. Ice packs are provided to manage initial swelling.
Mild swelling typically peaks at 24-48 hours and subsides over the following 3-5 days. Bruising, if present, may take 5-7 days to fully resolve and can be concealed with makeup after 24 hours. Avoid extreme temperatures, alcohol, and blood-thinning supplements during this period.
The filler settles into its final position at 2-4 weeks. At your follow-up appointment, Dr. Grawunder assesses the settled results and can add small amounts of product if refinement is needed. Depending on the product used and the treatment area, results typically last 9-18 months.

Teosyal® is manufactured by Teoxane Laboratories in Switzerland and is CE-marked for aesthetic use in the European Union. The hyaluronic acid used is biocompatible and biodegradable, meaning the body gradually absorbs it over time. WunderLife stocks hyaluronidase enzyme on-site, which can dissolve hyaluronic acid filler immediately if needed.
Common side effects include temporary swelling, redness, tenderness, and bruising at injection sites. These are expected and typically resolve within days. Less common effects may include temporary asymmetry as swelling resolves unevenly, or small lumps that can be gently massaged. Rare but serious complications include vascular occlusion, which is why Dr. Grawunder uses cannula technique where appropriate and maintains emergency protocols and hyaluronidase access at all times.
Dr. Grawunder continuously monitors for signs of complications during and after injection. She uses aspiration technique and slow injection speed as standard safety measures. If any concern arises, hyaluronidase can be administered immediately to dissolve the product.
